1/1/2010 - Happy New Year
The new year is here and we are ready to launch our nonprofit by gaining tax exempt status 501(c)(3). We are asking our constituents to donate the cost of application which is 200.00. The IRS is launching a cyber assistant that allows for a six hundred dollar savings. We withheld application for this purpose.
Cyber Assistant, a Web-based software program designed to help 501(c)(3) applicants prepare a complete and accurate Form 1023 application, will become available during 2010. Once the IRS announces the availability of Cyber Assistant, the user fees will change again
A donation of any amount will be greatly appriciated by both the members and patients!
